For a quick and easy pie crust, try using Ritz Crackers and your favorite cream-based filling.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup crushed ritz crackers
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoon sugar
Directions
- Mix together crackers and sugar. Add butter and mix well. Press into 9-inch pie plate molding bottom and sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until set. Remove and cool. Fill with your favorite pie filling.
