- 2 Cups strawberry, sliced
- 1 Bottle of Reisling, preferably 750 mililiter bottle
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer instructions.
Serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container and store in freezer.
