The next time you’re going to make Alfredo sauce, make it with cream cheese. It’s rich, decadent, and your Alfredo sauce will coat the pasta perfectly.

Ingredients

  • 1 package bow tie pasta
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 3/4 Cups cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 Cups milk
  • Garlic clove, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

Place pasta in salted boiling water and cook as directed on the package.

Combine the butter, cream cheese, milk, and garlic in a medium sauce pan.

Bring to a boil over medium low heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Continue to cook stirring occasionally until everything is incorporated and the sauce has thickened.

Serve sauce over pasta.
