Refreshing Summer PH Booster Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large organic lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons organic raw wild honey
  • A few slices of fresh organic ginger and turmeric
  • 1 Cup boiled water
  • About 3 to 4 cups water

Directions

Scrub the lemon well. Scrape off the rind and place in 1 quart glass bottle. Squeeze lemon and add juice to the bottle. Add ginger and turmeric. Boil the cup of water and mix in honey. Add honey-water to bottle. Fill up the bottle with cold water. Refrigerate for a few hours to let the ingredients steep.
