Ingredients
  • 1 large organic lemon
  • 2 tablespoon organic raw wild honey
  • a few slices of fresh organic ginger and turmeric
  • 1 cup boiled water
  • about 3 to 4 cups water
Directions
  1. Scrub the lemon well. Scrape off the rind and place in 1 quart glass bottle. Squeeze lemon and add juice to the bottle. Add ginger and turmeric. Boil the cup of water and mix in honey. Add honey-water to bottle. Fill up the bottle with cold water. Refrigerate for a few hours to let the ingredients steep.
