Red Velvet Mug Cake

Red Velvet Cake

Red velvet cake is essentially just a toned down version of chocolate cake but there is just something so satisfying about it isn't there! 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1/8 Cup sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 6 drops red food coloring
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Directions

In a mug mix all your dry ingredients together using a fork. Add your wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

Microwave your cake for 1-2 minutes or until the top is set.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve right away.
