Red Velvet Champagne Cocktail

• 4 ounce strawberry puree
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3 ounce champagne
• 1 strawberry, halved

1. Using the Rabbit Electric Cocktail Mixer, mix strawberry puree with vanilla, lemon juice, and sugar. Fill half of a champagne flute with the mixture. Open a bottle of your favorite champagne with the Rabbit Velvet Champagne Pliers.
2. Top the mixture with champagne and stir gently. Add a strawberry to the rim of the flute for garnish. Don’t forget to seal the remaining champagne with the Rabbit Velvet Champagne Sealer!
