Recipe from bartender Brandon Lockman of Red Star Tavern in Portland, Ore.
- 1.5 Ounces Banks 5 Island Rum
- .5 Ounce grapefruit juice
- .5 Ounce lime juice
- .5 Ounce simple syrup
Press the mint with the simple syrup then add to the rest of the ingredients with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice and garnish with more mint.
