Ingredients

  • 3 red onions
  • 1-cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

Directions

Peel 3 red onions and simmer in 1-cup water for 10-15 minutes.
Strain out the onions and add 2 tsp. Safeway Select vinegar.
Soak a hard-boiled egg until desired depth of color is reached.
