This vivid, striking cocktail gets its color from beautiful beet juice, for a stunning fall drink.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounce mezcal, preferably mezcal creyente joven
1/2 ounce cynar
3/4 ounce lime juice
1 ounce beetroot juice
edible flower, to garnish

Directions

Pour all ingredients, apart from the edible flower, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine. Strain over ice into a glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
