This vivid, striking cocktail gets its color from beautiful beet juice, for a stunning fall drink.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce mezcal, preferably mezcal creyente joven
- 1/2 ounce cynar
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce beetroot juice
- edible flower, to garnish
Directions
- Pour all ingredients, apart from the edible flower, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine. Strain over ice into a glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
