Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce mezcal, preferably mezcal creyente joven
  • 1/2 ounce cynar
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce beetroot juice
  • edible flower, to garnish
Directions
  1. Pour all ingredients, apart from the edible flower, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine. Strain over ice into a glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
