The Red Macaw Cocktail
This vivid, striking cocktail gets its color from beautiful beet juice, for a stunning fall drink.
- 1 1/2 Ounce mezcal, preferably Mezcal Creyente Joven
- 1/2 Ounce Cynar
- 3/4 Ounces lime juice
- 1 Ounce beetroot juice
- Edible flower, to garnish
Pour all ingredients, apart from the edible flower, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine. Strain over ice into a glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
