The Red Lady is made with gin, Cointreau (an orange-flavored liqueur), fresh squeezed lemon, three drops of orange bitters and muddled red bell pepper. Ingredients
  • 2 ounce gin, preferably the botanist
  • 1 ounce triple sec, preferably cointreau
  • 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 drops of orange bitters
Directions
  1. Muddle the red bell pepper in a shaker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Shake without ice.
  4. Add ice.
  5. Shake again.
  6. Double strain into a coupe glass.
  7. Garnish with a strip of julienned red bell pepper.
