The Red Lady is made with gin, Cointreau (an orange-flavored liqueur), fresh squeezed lemon, three drops of orange bitters and muddled red bell pepper. It’s appropriately garnished with a slice of red bell pepper, too.
This recipe is courtesy of Cointreau and The Botanist Gin.
- 2 Ounces gin, preferably The Botanist

- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 drops of orange bitters
Muddle the red bell pepper in a shaker.
Add remaining ingredients.
