Ingredients

  • 3 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken, Beef or Vegetable Stock
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • Pinch Mexican Oregano
  • 1 Chipotle in Adobo Sauce + 2 Teaspoons Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Place the sauce in a pan over medium heat and bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat and allow to simmer until the sauce has the consistency of a thick pasta sauce.
