- 6 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 2 Tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1/8 Teaspoon baking powder
- 8 raspberries, fresh or frozen
In a very large mug, combine all the ingredients, except the raspberries.
Mix until the batter becomes smooth.
Stir in your raspberries.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
