Raspberry Mug Cake

If you're looking for a cake that's a little more tart, this one's for you
Raspberry mug cake

Everybody knows about strawberry cake, but raspberry cake...now that's something to experiment with! Give it a try and serve it with some whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 2 Tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1/8 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 8 raspberries, fresh or frozen

Directions

In a very large mug, combine all the ingredients, excpet the raspberries.

Mix until the batter becomes smooth.

Stir in your raspberries.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
