Raspberry mug cake

Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 8 raspberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
  1. In a very large mug, combine all the ingredients, except the raspberries.
  2. Mix until the batter becomes smooth.
  3. Stir in your raspberries.
  4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
