Raspberry Mint Mojito

The Raspberry Mint Mojito, coutesy of the BevMo Tasting Room, is the perfect summer drink. Made with rum, fresh raspberries, lime juice, simple syrup, and soda water, this beverage tastes just as delcious as it looks. Top it off with more berries and some fresh mint leaves, and you're ready to go!

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces Caliche white rum
  • 1/4 Cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 Cup fresh mint
  • 1/2 Ounce Master of Mixes simple syrup
  • 1-2 Ounce lime juice
  • 2 Ounces soda water
  • Sugar, to rim the glass

Directions

Mix the rum and simple syrup. Add the mint leaves and lime juice, and muddle. Add the raspberries, and muddle again. Strain and pour over ice. Top of with soda water, garnish with leaves and raspberries.
