Rabbit's Dilemma Cocktail
This autumnal offering from New York City hidden gem, Vault at Pfaff's, features cinnamon-infused vodka, rye, fresh carrot juice, and butternut squash simple syrup.
- 1 1/2 ounce Templeton rye
- 1 1/2 ounce fresh carrot juice
- 1/2 ounce cinnamon-infused vodka
- 3/4 ounces butternut squash simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 barspoon of lime juice
- 1 carrot "coin"
In a shaker, combine rye, carrot juice, cinnamon vodka, butternut squash simple syrup, lemon and lime juices. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a carrot "coin" placed vertically on the rim.
