This autumnal offering from New York City hidden gem, Vault at Pfaff's, features cinnamon-infused vodka, rye, fresh carrot juice, and butternut squash simple syrup.

Deliver Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 ounce Templeton rye
  • 1 1/2 ounce fresh carrot juice
  • 1/2 ounce cinnamon-infused vodka
  • 3/4 ounces butternut squash simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 barspoon of lime juice
  • Ice
  • 1 carrot "coin"


In a shaker, combine rye, carrot juice, cinnamon vodka, butternut squash simple syrup, lemon and lime juices. Add ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a carrot "coin" placed vertically on the rim.
