Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  • 1/3 Cup tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, and garlic in a food processor. Blend until all of the ingredients are incorporated.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
