Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup puréed pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 scoop smoothie powder, such as vanilla kura
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
Directions
  1. Add ingredients to a blender in the order.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Garnish with chopped pecans, shredded coconut, and a dash of cinnamon.
