- 1/2 cup puréed pumpkin
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 scoop smoothie powder, such as vanilla kura
- 2 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
Directions
- Add ingredients to a blender in the order.
- Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with chopped pecans, shredded coconut, and a dash of cinnamon.
