The Pumpkin Margarita.

The Pumpkin Margarita is made at New York City's Rosa Mexicano. 


  • 1 1/2 Ounce Casa Noble Organic Reposado
  • 2 bar spoons pumpkin purée (unflavored/unsweetened/organic canned product)
  • 3/4 Ounces 100 percent maple syrup
  • 1/2 Ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 small tangerine, quartered


In cocktail shaker, muddle tangerine with maple syrup. Add all ingredients with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a 10-ounce rocks glass. Garnish with fresh grated cinnamon, a cinnamon stick, and 2 sip straws.
