  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 Cup sweetened soy or almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • dash pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 Cup maple ice cream
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Autumn sprinkles, for topping

Directions

Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender and pulse on low until smooth. Pour into cup of choice, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkes, and enjoy!
