- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup puréed pumpkin
- 1/2 braeburn apple
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop smoothie powder, such as vanilla kura
Directions
- Add ingredients to a blender in the order.
