Tip: Make sure melted white fudge mixture is completely cool to avoid melting the DelightFulls morsels.

  • 1 Cup cherry filled chocolate chips, such as NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® DelightFulls™ Cherry Flavored Filled Morsels
  • 1/2 Cup sweetened condensed milk, such as NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Cups white chocolate chips, such as NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels

Line an 8-inch baking dish or pan with plastic wrap, letting wrap extend several inches over each side. Place DelightFulls morsels in freezer.

Heat the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cream in a heavy-duty, medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Add white morsels; cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until morsels are completely melted. Remove from heat. Cool completely in pan, stirring frequently.

Stir in the chilled DelightFulls morsels. Spread in prepared baking dish. Cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Lift mixture out of pan by pulling up ends of plastic wrap and place on cutting board. Cut into pieces. Store refrigerated in airtight container.

Fudge Shopping Tip

There are so many varieties of chocolate on the shelves today it can be overwhelming to pick one – as a general rule of thumb, the fewer the ingredients, the better the chocolate.

Fudge Cooking Tip

When melting chocolate, use a double boiler and stir occasionally to avoid scorching chocolate at the bottom of the bowl.
