Ingredients

  • 2 -3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 Cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/4 Cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 Cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 3/4 Teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

Heat the oil over medium heat. Add the kernels and cover with a lid. Once the popping slows to 3 seconds between pops, remove from the heat and remove the lid.

Blend the melted butter with the maple syrup in a saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat until amber in color. Remove from the heat and add the dried rosemary, kosher salt, and baking soda. Toss the popcorn to coat.

Spread on a baking sheet and bake until dried and chewy-crispy, about 45 minutes. Keeps in an airtight container for 3 days.
