- 2 Ounces bourbon
- 1 Ounce lemon juice
- 1 Ounce pomegranate simple syrup
- Lemon peel, to garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
