A twist on the traditional paloma that's fruity and perfect for Cinco de Mayo — and the rest of summer.
- 2 parts Hornitos Plata Tequila
- 1/2 parts lime juice
- 1/2 parts pomegranate juice
- 1/2 parts grapefruit juice
- Soda water, to top
Pour all ingredients, except soda water, into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a pilsner glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
