Polo Club Lounge's Sazerac Recipe

This classic cocktail, served at the Polo Club Lounge in New Orleans, was thought to have been developed in New Orleans by the native New Orleanian, Antoine Peychaud. The locally-made Peychaud’s Bitters are named after him.
