If you’re looking for something creamy with a little kick, your search ends here. The Playa Colada is a twist on the piña colada, but instead of using rum it features tequila and a few other juices beyond pineapple.
This recipe is courtesy of Playa Real Tequila.
- 1.5 Ounces tequila, preferably Pineapple Playa Real
- 1 Ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 Ounce lime juice
- 1/2 Ounce orange juice
- 1/2 Ounce coconut cream, preferably Goya (can also use coconut milk)
- 1 Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Combine all ingredients into shaker.
Pour over crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple, orange or cherries, or all three.
