Pineapple Mango Jalapeño Popsicle

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 1/4 cup mango, diced
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 8 ounce pineapple, diced
- 1 jalapeño, very thinly sliced
Directions
- 1. Puree all ingredients in a blender (EXCEPT the jalapeño slices)
- 2. Fold in the jalapeño slices to the pureed mixture
- 3. Portion into popsicle molds (try to get 3 slices of jalapeño in each mold)
- 4. Freeze
