Pineapple Mango Jalapeño Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 1/4 cup mango, diced
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 ounce pineapple, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, very thinly sliced

Directions

  1. 1. Puree all ingredients in a blender (EXCEPT the jalapeño slices)
  2. 2. Fold in the jalapeño slices to the pureed mixture
  3. 3. Portion into popsicle molds (try to get 3 slices of jalapeño in each mold)
  4. 4. Freeze
