Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 Cup Vanilla yogurt
  • 2 1/4 Cups Mango, diced
  • 2 Bananas, frozen
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Lime juice
  • 8 Ounces Pineapple, diced
  • 1 Jalapeño, very thinly sliced

Directions

1.     Puree all ingredients in a blender (EXCEPT the jalapeño slices)

2.     Fold in the jalapeño slices to the pureed mixture

3.     Portion into popsicle molds (try to get 3 slices of jalapeño in each mold)

4.     Freeze
