Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of your choosing (we used almond)
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 cup bare chia + pineapple chia coconut bites
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (or maple syrup to keep it vegan)
Directions
- 1. Stir together first four ingredients
- 2. Cover and refrigerate one hour or overnight
- 3. Layer chia pudding, bare Chia + Pineapple Chia Coconut Bites (yum!), fresh pineapple and drizzle with honey
