Bare Snacks Piña Colada Chia Pudding
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of your choosing (we used almond)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup bare chia + pineapple chia coconut bites
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (or maple syrup to keep it vegan)
Directions
  1. 1. Stir together first four ingredients
  2. 2. Cover and refrigerate one hour or overnight
  3. 3. Layer chia pudding, bare Chia + Pineapple Chia Coconut Bites (yum!), fresh pineapple and drizzle with honey
