- 1 Ounce lemon, cut into quarters
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 Tablespoon agave nectar
- 2 Ounces silver tequila
- 3 Ounces sparkling water, such as Perrier Lime Sparkling Natural Mineral Water or Perrier Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Natural Mineral Water
Muddle the lemon, basil, and agave nectar in a mixing glass. Add the tequila and ice, then shake and pour content into a glass. Top the cocktail off with Perrier and stir gently to serve.
