Ingredients
  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup buckwheat oats
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup hemp seed
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • ½ cup raw chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • ½ cup creamy raw almond butter, unsalted
  • ½ cup grade b maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the oats, buckwheat, cranberries, almonds, chia, hemp, cinnamon. and cardamom.
  3. Melt the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and sea salt over low heat for about 3 minutes, until ingredients are blended together. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients, coating well.
  4. Line a large pan with parchment paper and spread the granola evenly over the pan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the granola over to the other side. Bake until it begins to turn golden brown, another 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow it to completely cool before storing in an airtight container.
