Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 pitted, dried dates
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
Directions
