- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 pitted, dried dates
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Directions
