Pecan Pie Smoothie

With all natural sugars, protein, and lots of nutritious fruit, this pie-like smoothie tastes unbelievably rich. Get creative with your toppings to treat yourself even more!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup ice
  • 2 pitted, dried dates
  • 1/4 Cup pecans
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Top with additional pecans and enjoy!
