  • 1/2 Cup ice
  • 2 pitted, dried dates
  • 1/4 Cup pecans
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch of sea salt
