Pear and Kale Smoothie

This smoothie packs a double punch with two superfoods that are just as healthy as they are delicious together.

Ingredients

⅓ cup water

1 frozen green grapes

1 small pear (washed and quartered)

1 frozen banana (quartered)

1 cup of kale

1 cup of orange juice

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender (add liquids first)

Blend until smooth
