  • 4 ounce dry sparkling wine or brut champagne
  • 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur, preferably domaine de canton
  • 1 1/2 ounce pear juice
  • fresh pear slice, to garnish
Directions
  1. In a Champagne glass, combine sparkling wine and ginger liqueur. Top with pear juice. Garnish with a slice of fresh pear.
