Peanut Butter & Jelly Greek Yogurt "Cheesecake" Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup kind healthy grains raspberry clusters with chia seeds
- ½ cup 2-percent greek yogurt
- ½ cup 0-percent greek yogurt
- 5 kind healthy grains peanut butter dark chocolate bars
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurts. Add in the clusters and mix well until clusters are fully incorporated into the Greek yogurt. Let the mixture sit overnight to soften.
- Gently cut the bars into four even squares by cutting in half twice to create the base of your Greek yogurt bites.
- Remove the yogurt mixture from the refrigerator and place about 2 teaspoons of the mixture on top of each small square.
- Once all of the squares are topped with the yogurt mixture, place a fresh raspberry on top of each square.
- Bites must be assembled and served immediately to maintain proper textures.
