- 1 Cup KIND Healthy Grains Raspberry Clusters with Chia Seeds
- ½ Cup 2-percent Greek yogurt
- ½ Cup 0-percent Greek yogurt
- 5 KIND Healthy Grains Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Bars
- 1 Cup fresh raspberries
In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurts. Add in the clusters and mix well until clusters are fully incorporated into the Greek yogurt. Let the mixture sit overnight to soften.
Gently cut the bars into four even squares by cutting in half twice to create the base of your Greek yogurt bites.
Remove the yogurt mixture from the refrigerator and place about 2 teaspoons of the mixture on top of each small square.
Once all of the squares are topped with the yogurt mixture, place a fresh raspberry on top of each square.
Bites must be assembled and served immediately to maintain proper textures.
