Nothing is more appropriate for an Oscars party than a cocktail that’s golden and bubbly, and this drink checks both those boxes. Fresh peaches and lime juice add a brightness and natural sweetness, which is balanced perfectly with a bit of zesty ginger.This recipe is courtesy of Santa Margherita.
  • 1 bottle prosecco, preferably santa margherita prosecco superiore
  • 3 fresh peaches, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 ounce fresh ginger, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 3 cup crushed ice
  1. Place peaches, sugar, lime juice, ginger, and prosecco in blender.
  2. Blend at medium speed until smooth.
  3. Add ice to the blender and process.
