Greek Frozen Yogurt

Put good use to your fresh peach supply by incorporating them into this easy homemade frozen yogurt recipe. With only a handful of  healthy ingredients, this frozen is tastebud and diet-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, unpeeled and chopped
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 Cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 Cups 2% Greek yogurt

Directions

Add the peaches, lemon juice, and sugar to a food processor or blender and process them until liquefied. Stir the peach mixture into the Greek yogurt and add the mixture to an ice cream maker per machine instructions. The yogurt should be frozen after approximately 15 minutes.

Enjoy the frozen yogurt immediately or freeze it for 1 hour if you prefer a slightly harder frozen yogurt.
