- 2 peaches, unpeeled and chopped
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 Cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 Cups 2% Greek yogurt
Add the peaches, lemon juice, and sugar to a food processor or blender and process them until liquefied. Stir the peach mixture into the Greek yogurt and add the mixture to an ice cream maker per machine instructions. The yogurt should be frozen after approximately 15 minutes.
Enjoy the frozen yogurt immediately or freeze it for 1 hour if you prefer a slightly harder frozen yogurt.
