- 1 Nathan’s hot dog
- 1 split top bun
- 1 Ounce pico de gallo
- 1 Ounce melted cheese
- 1 Ounce sour cream
- 1 Ounce tortilla chip bits
Cook the hot dog by adding a small amount of water to a pan set over medium-high heat.
Add the hot dog to the skillet once the water starts to gently boil and cook, rolling regularly until evenly brown.
Place the cooked hot dog inside the split top bun and top with pico de gallo, melted cheese, sour cream and tortilla chip bits.
