Notes

Honey Syrup proportions are 2 parts honey to 1 hot water.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ounce Great King Street Glasgow blend Scotch
  • 3/4 Ounces Campari
  • 3/4 Ounces Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Ounce Honey Syrup
  • 3 Ounces dry pear cider
  • Grapefruit twist

Directions

Shak all ingredients but the cider and strain over fresh rocks in a tall Collins glass.

Top with cider and grapefruit twist.
