Honey Syrup proportions are 2 parts honey to 1 hot water.
- 1 Ounce Great King Street Glasgow blend Scotch
- 3/4 Ounces Campari
- 3/4 Ounces Lemon juice
- 1/2 Ounce Honey Syrup
- 3 Ounces dry pear cider
- Grapefruit twist
Shak all ingredients but the cider and strain over fresh rocks in a tall Collins glass.
Top with cider and grapefruit twist.
