Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce Knappogue 12 year Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce chamomile-infused Old Overholt rye
  • 1/2 ounce sugar cane syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Amaro Meletti
  • 3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • Ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin, fill with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled fizz glass.
