Slowly Shirley

December has the best flavors. There seems to be an extra depth to the flavor palate and a richness to foods that doesn't exist during the hot days of summer. Jim Kearns, bartender and co-owner Slowly Shirley NYC, tapped into one of the season's most popular scents for the basis of his new cocktail. Sip on the taste of evergreen found in these specialize liquors, which blend well with the botanicals of gin.
