Overnight Oats with Chia, Cacao, and Coconut

Are you looking for a healthy breakfast for busy morning? By making overnight oats the night before a crazy day, you will have your breakfast ready the moment you wake up. You can eat it at home or pack it and bring it to work.
- 1 Cup organic, gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 to 1 1/2 Cup organic coconut milk
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- Stevia, to taste (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 2 Tablespoons cacao nibs
Put oats, coconut milk, and chia seeds into a glass mason jar with a lid.
Add a few drops of stevia, if desired.
Secure jar and shake ingredients until everything is mixed well.
Place the jar in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, shake and serve with coconut and cacao nibs sprinkled on top.
