- 1 Pound Foster Farms Simply Raised Chicken Breast Fillets
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 Tablespoons Fajita seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- flour tortillas
Slice peppers and onions thinly. You can use any variety of bell peppers you’d like, but I like my fajitas colorful so I bought a variety pack with orange, green, yellow, and red. Arrange on a baking sheet. Slice chicken into thin strips. Arrange chicken on top of peppers and sprinkle 2 T. of fajita seasoning over entire tray. Drizzle olive oil over chicken, peppers, and onions, and use tongs to give everything a nice toss before baking. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring once mid way through the cooking process. Serve with warm tortillas and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
