Ingredients

4 ounce angry orchard easy apple
1 ounce white rum
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 dash of angostura bitters
2 slices cucumber, muddled
5 –6 mint leaves, muddled

Directions

Muddle mint and cucumber in a shaker then add all ingredients except cider.
Shake with ice and fine strain into a rocks glass with ice and top with cider.
Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber wheel.
