Put your own spin on traditional s’mores with this recipe. Substitute the mint chocolate chip ice cream with your favorite flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 carton mint chocolate chip ice cream (can be substituted with any flavor)
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 bag of marshmallows
  • 1-2 bars of Hershey chocolate
  • caramel sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt, preferably Maldon

Directions

Layer graham crackers with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

Layer with a toasty marshmallow. You can warm these with a torch or place marshmallows under the broiler for a few seconds and then place them on top of the ice cream.

Drizzle caramel or chocolate sauce over each one for another level of decadence.
