Put your own spin on traditional s’mores with this recipe. Substitute the mint chocolate chip ice cream with your favorite flavor.Adapted from ‘The Real Girl’s Kitchen’ by Haylie Duff.

Ingredients
  • 1 carton mint chocolate chip ice cream (can be substituted with any flavor)
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 bag of marshmallows
  • 1-2 bars of hershey chocolate
  • caramel sauce
  • pinch of sea salt, preferably maldon
Directions
  1. Layer graham crackers with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
  2. Layer with a toasty marshmallow. You can warm these with a torch or place marshmallows under the broiler for a few seconds and then place them on top of the ice cream.
  3. Drizzle caramel or chocolate sauce over each one for another level of decadence.
