Summer desserts are often one of two things: frozen or cooked over a campfire. But who wants to fire up a whole campfire just for one s'more? Plus, s'mores should be enjoyed even on a normal weeknight. Here's how to make them from the comfort of your own kitchen.
- 4 jumbo marshmallows
- 1 Hershey's chocolate bar
- 2 graham crackers
- 2 sheets aluminum foil
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
While your oven is preheating, tear two sheets of aluminum foil big enough to make into packets for your s'more.
Break your graham crackers and chocolate bar in half.
On top of one sheet of aluminum foil, assemble one s'more, laying a graham cracker half, half your Hershey bar and two marshmallows side by side then top with the other half of graham cracker.
Smash the s'more together so it stays in place, but don't break the graham crackers.
Fold up the sides of the aluminum foil so that they completely cover the s'more.
Repeat for second s'more.
Place on over rack for 4 minutes.
Remove from oven with tongs.
