Food Network star Robert Irvine and Gold’s Gym have teamed up for Trim the Fat Friday: offering healthy alternatives to traditional recipes and opening up Gold’s Gym locations nationwide for FREE on Friday, November 28, inviting people to come in and work off their Thanksgiving meal.

- 1½ Cup leftover turkey, finely chopped
- ¾ Cup leftover stuffing
- 1 Tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
- Oil, for searing
- 6 slider buns
- 6 thin slices Brie, optional
- Cranberry sauce, for topping
In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey, stuffing, and mayonnaise. Add more or less mayo depending on the dryness of your stuffing. Mix until thoroughly incorporated and moist enough to patty. Form into 6 small, 1½- to 2-ounce patties.
Heat a sauté pan with oil over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned and warmed though, 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Place each patty on a slider bun and top each with Brie, if using, and cranberry sauce. Serve hot.
